Like SEBA class 9, the examination is conducted in different languages like English, Assamese etc and it is usually held in the month of February or March.

The SEBA class 10 syllabus has been categorised by the board as First Language (Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, Bodo, Manipuri, Khasi, Garo, Hmar, Mizo, Urdu, Nepali), Second Language (English, English – IL), Core Subjects (General Science, General Mathematics, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics), and Elective subjects (Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Manipuri, Nepali, Hindi, Adv. Mathematics, History, Geography, Sanskrit, Computer Science, Wood Craft, Music, Dance, Fine Art, Weaving and Textile Design, Garment Designing, Home Science, Santhali, Arabic, Persian, Commerce, Karbi).

Details of SEBA HSLC results: 2021

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, SEBA cancelled board exams in Assam in 2021. However, SEBA held a special exam for students who were dissatisfied with the results, which were based on the internal evaluation. According to reports, 22,836 students applied for the special exam. However, only 19,305 students showed up to take the offline exam.

The overall pass percentage was 93.10 per cent. There were 88,521 students in the first division, 1,60,298 in the second division, and 1,48,313 in the third division. A total of 3,97,132 students were declared successful. A total of 4,26,553 students were eligible for the exams.

The Assam Act, XXV of 1961 (Assam Secondary Education Act, 1961) was passed to establish a Board of Secondary Education in the state to supervise, regulate, and develop Secondary Education in Assam. The Act came into force with effect from January 29, 1962, with the publication of the Government of Assam, Education Department Notification. Thus the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (commonly known as SEBA) came into existence on March 14, 1962.

2. বৰগীতৰ বিষয়বস্তু কি? উত্তৰঃ বৰগীতৰ বিষয়বস্তু সাংসাৰিক কামনা-বাসনাযুক্ত বা শৃংগাৰ ভাববিশিষ্ট হ’ব নােৱাৰে। ইয়াৰ বিষয়বস্তু শিশু শ্ৰীকৃষ্ণ বা বাল-গােপালৰ লীলা-খেলা বিষয়ক আছিল।

1. বৰগীত কবিতাটিৰ মূলভাৱ লিখা। উত্তৰঃ হৰিয়েই ভকতৰ জীৱনৰ সৰ্ব, তেৱেঁই পৰম বান্ধৱ। তেওঁৰ অভয় চৰণত শৰণেৰে সংসাৰ নিকাৰৰ পৰা মুক্তিদানৰ কাকৃতি কবিতাটোৰ মূলভাব। কবি সাংসাৰিক জীৱ। বৈষয়িক সুখৰ থলী এই সংসাৰ দৰাচলতে সকলাে যন্ত্ৰণাৰ উৎস। সাংসাৰিক মায়াই জীৱক বিষয়খত নিমগ্ন কৰায় আৰু জীৱনানা পাপকৰ্মত ৰত হয়। জীৱন এনেদৰে হৈ পৰে যন্ত্ৰণাদগ্ধ। মৃত্যু পৰ্যন্ত জীৱই ভােগকৰে সংসাৰৰ যন্ত্ৰণা।দুখ-যন্ত্ৰণাত জৰ্জৰিত জীৱই এটা সময়ত জীৱনৰ ক্ষণস্থায়িত্ব উপলব্ধি কৰে। ইয়াৰ পৰা পৰিত্ৰাণৰ উপায় বিচাৰি হাহাকাৰ কৰে। আত্মপােলব্ধিৰে বুজি উঠে যে সংসাৰ যন্ত্ৰণাৰ পৰা মুক্তিৰ পথ দেখুৱাব পাৰে কেৱল হৰিয়েহে। কবিৰ ক্ষেত্ৰতাে একেই কথা প্ৰযােজ্য।

5. সনক সনন্দ যােগী যাহাকু ধিয়ায় সকল নিগমে যাক বিচাৰি নাপায়। – তাৎপৰ্য বিচাৰ কৰা। উত্তৰঃ আগম আৰু নিগম আদি শাস্ত্ৰত ভগৱানৰ বিভিন্ন মহিমাৰ বিষয়ে বৰ্ণনা কৰা হৈছে। কিন্তু এই শাস্ত্ৰত দাঙি ধৰা বৰ্ণনাসমূহ অধ্যয়ন কৰিয়েই ভগৱানৰ প্ৰকৃত স্বৰূপ উপলব্ধি কৰাটো সম্ভৱ নহয়। ভগৱানৰ প্ৰকৃত স্বৰূপ উপলব্ধি কৰিবলৈ হ’লে একান্তমনে ভগৱানক ভক্তি কৰাৰ প্ৰয়ােজন। সেয়ে সনক, সনন্দৰ দৰে যােগীসকলেও ভগৱানৰ স্বৰূপ উপলব্ধিৰ বাবে একান্ত মনে ভগৱানক ধ্যান কৰে। অৰ্থাৎ কবিয়ে কৈছে যে ভগৱানৰ প্ৰকৃত স্বৰূপ উপলব্ধি কৰিবলৈ হলে গভীৰ তপ-জপকৰাতকৈ বা শাস্ত্ৰ আদিৰ অধ্যয়নত নিমগ্ন হােৱাতকৈ শুদ্ধচিত্তে ভক্তিভাৱে একান্ত মনে ভগৱানক প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰাৰহে প্ৰয়ােজন।

৬। বৰগীতৰ চাৰিটা লক্ষণৰ বিষয়ে লিখা। উত্তৰঃ। বৰগীতৰ চাৰিটা লক্ষণ হ’ল— (ক) বৰগীতসমূহ চৈধ্য প্ৰসংগৰ অন্তৰ্গত। (খ) বৰগীতসমূহ হ’ল শাস্ত্ৰীয় ৰাগ-তালযুক্ত গীত। (গ) বৰগীতসমূহৰ ৰচনাশৈলীব্ৰজাৱলী ভাষাৰ। (ঘ) বৰগীতসমূহ হ’ল ভক্তিমূলক তথা ঈশ্বৰৰ মাহাত্ম প্ৰকাশক গীত।

9. বৰগীত —চমুটোকা লিখা। বৰগীতঃ নৱবৈষ্ণৱ ধৰ্ম প্ৰচাৰৰ অৰ্থে মহাপুৰুষ শংকৰদেৱ আৰু মাধৱদেৱে ৰচনা। কৰা এক শ্ৰেণীৰ ৰাগ-তাল সম্বলিত গীতকেই বৰগীত’ বােলা হয়। বৰগীতসমূহ সত্ৰৰ চৈধ্য প্ৰসংগৰ অন্তৰ্গত| শংকৰদেৱে বাৰকুৰি বৰগীত ৰচনা কৰিছিল আৰু মাধৱদেৱে ১৫৭ টা বৰগীত ৰচনা কৰিছিল। অৱশ্যে ভাব-ভাষালৈ লক্ষ্য কৰি মাধৱদেৱে নকুৰি এঘাৰটা বৰগীত ৰচিছিল বুলি বিভিন্ন পণ্ডিতে অনুমান কৰিছে। শংকৰদেৱৰ বৰগীতৰ বিষয়বস্তু হৈছে শ্ৰীকৃষ্ণৰ লীলা আৰু মাধৱদেৱৰ বৰগীতৰ বিষয়বস্তু হৈছে শিশু কৃষ্ণৰ চোৰ-চাতুৰী। বিষ্ণুৰ অংশৰূপে শ্ৰীকৃষ্ণৰ শ্ৰেষ্ঠত্ব প্ৰতিপাদন কৰি জনসমাজৰ মাজত ভক্তিৰ ৰস বিয়পাই দিয়াই এই বৰগীতসমূহৰ উদ্দেশ্য।বৰগীতসমূহইয়াৰ বিষয়বস্তুৰ গাম্ভীৰ্য, ভাষা, ভাব, সুৰ আদি বৈশিষ্ট্যসমূহৰ কাৰণেই আন গীততকৈ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ। উল্লেখ্য যে একে ভাব আৰুৰাগ-তাল সম্বলিত আন কবিৰ ৰচিত গীতক বৰগীত’ নােববালে।

10. ব্ৰজাৱলী ভাষা —চমুটোকা লিখা। ব্ৰজাৱলী ভাষাঃ ব্ৰজাৱলী হৈছে কনিষ্ঠতম সৰ্বভাৰতীয় আৰ্য ভাষা। ই কোনাে বিশেষ অঞ্চলত প্ৰচলিত ভাষা নহয়; বৰং অসমীয়া, মৈথিলী, মগধী বা মগহী, ভােজপুৰী, উড়িয়া আদি ভাষাৰ সংমিশ্ৰণত সৃষ্ট এক প্ৰকাৰৰ কৃত্ৰিম ভাষা। সৰ্বভাৰতীয় আৱেদন লাভ কৰিব বুলিয়েইনৱবৈষ্ণৱ ধৰ্মৰ প্ৰচাৰক শংকৰদেৱে তেওঁৰ নাট আৰু গীতত ব্ৰজাৱলী ভাষা প্ৰয়ােগ কৰিছিল। তেওঁৰ অনুকৰণতে মাধৱদেৱেও এইভাষাত গীত, নাটৰচনা কৰিছিল। গুৰুজনাই ব্ৰজাৱলী ভাষা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰাৰ আৰুএক কাৰণ হৈছেএই ভাষাটো তুলনামূলকভাৱে আন ভাষাতকৈ কোমল। ব্ৰজাৱলী ভাষাই নিঃসন্দেহে গুৰু দুজনাৰ নাট আৰু গীতক গাম্ভীৰ্য প্ৰদান কৰিছিল।

11. ভটিমা —চমুটোকা লিখা। ভটিমাঃ ভাট’ নামৰ একশ্ৰেণীৰ ভ্ৰাম্যমাণ গায়কে গােৱা গাম্ভীৰ্যসূচক প্ৰশস্তি গীতবােৰেই হৈছে ভটিমা। শংকৰদেৱে নৱৱৈষ্ণৱ ধৰ্ম প্ৰচাৰৰ বাবে তিনি প্ৰকাৰৰ ভটিমাৰচনা কৰিছিল—নাট ভটিমা’, ‘দেৱ ভটিমা’আৰু ৰাজ ভটিমা’ নাটৰ আৰম্ভণি আৰু শেষত গােৱা ভটিমাই নাট ভটিমা।‘দেৱ ভটিমাত দেৱতাৰ প্ৰশস্তি আৰু ৰাজ ভটিমাত ৰজাৰ গুণ-গৰিমা বৰ্ণনা কৰা হয়। এই তিনি শ্ৰেণীৰ লগতে মাধৱদেৱে আৰু একশ্ৰেণীৰ ভটিমা ৰচনা কৰিছিল, সেয়া হৈছে ‘গুৰু ভটিমা। মাধৱদেৱে তেওঁৰ গুৰু শংকৰদেৱৰ প্ৰশক্তি কৰি গাইছিল বিখ্যাত গুৰু ভটিমা জয়গুৰু শংকৰ সৰ্ব গুণাকৰ যাকেৰি নাহিকে উপাম।
