How to download recorded video?

I have a school project to complete, which I audio recorded within Canva. I recorded the audio and saved the video and can send the link and it opens just fine. However, I require it as an MP4 file. When I download the MP4 and open it, it shows my slides for a few seconds with no audio to be heard (each slide recording is 30 seconds to a minute long so it isn't even saving the audio. It's acting like a timed slideshow where it flips through every few seconds). Any workarounds?

Edit to add: my default option is PDF Standard... Not sure if that means anything as for other people/YouTube videos I've watched, MP4 is usually the standard.
