Devops master thesis ideas.
Hi, I work as a devops engineer by title ( actually I'm cloud engineer, and build our cloud infrastructure and manage Jenkins) But, I really like the idea of true devops and collaboration between devs and ops(which is not exsistant in my current org. I also study IT managment masters. I'd like to write a thesis about devops and organizational performance but I'm not sure what topic could I chose and research. How can I get some ideas for that?

In this Master’s Thesis, I have set myself the task of understanding the current state of research on how security practices fit into the DevOps development process.
The DevOps maturity model is created based on a literature review and qualitative interviews with experts, followed by validation through expert opinions and put to practice in case studies.
This thesis conducts a case study on a DevOps environment established in the corporate context of the telecommunications company Nokia. This environ-ment is evaluated by observing it's ability to support the continuous development of a web-based application.
This thesis studies the challenges of Devops by interviewing nine experts who had been involved with Devops initiatives in their companies. The qualitative study was conducted by semi-structured theme interviews on nine industry professionals who had hands-on experience with Devops implementations.
The goal of this thesis is to implement DevOps pipeline for a Serverless application within a single case organization and evaluate the results of implementation.
