Health financing policies during the COVID-19 pandemic and implications
We build a clear case for resilient health financing to be integrated within the concept of UHC. As such, we aim to describe health financing policies adopted in 15 countries during the pandemic; develop a conceptual framework for resilient health financing; and argue a case for using the pandemic as a window of opportunity to advance towards UHC.
