• उम्मीद: उम्मीद जो भविष्य में जीवन में होने वाले चीजों के बारे में हैं।
• इंटरपर्सनल कम्युनिकेशन: इसमें इसमें दो लोग आपस में बात करते हैं, जिसमे एक चैनल शब्द , विचारों या संदेशो के रूप में बात करते हैं ।
• ग्रुप कम्युनिकेशन: इसमें कम्युनिकेशन एक समूह यानी ग्रुप के बीच होता है। हर व्यक्ति किसी न किसी ग्रुप का हिस्सा होता ही है जब किसी ग्रुप में एक विशेष टॉपिक पर चर्चा होती हैं तो वो ग्रुप कम्युनिकेशन कहलाता है। 
• मास कम्युनिकेशन: ये कम्युनिकेशन का बड़ा रूप होता हैं जिसमें हम लोगों तक किसी मीडियम के द्वारा सूचना पहुंचाते है जैसे : टेलीविज़न , रेडियो, सोशल मीडिया आदि। 

Communication Skill in Hindi में संचार कौशल में अंग कितने होते हैं, यह नीचे दिए गए हैं-

• प्रेषक (sender): वह व्यक्ति है जो अपने विचारों को दूसरे व्यक्ति तक पहुंचते है, उस प्रेषक कहते हैं।
• सन्देश (message): यह  संचार का मुख्य विषय होता है, जिसमें कोई भी सूचना लिखित,  मौखिक या अलिखित किसी भी माध्यम से सम्प्रेषित की जा सकती है।
• एन्कोडिंग (encoding): सूचना भेजने वाला व्यक्ति अपने विचारों को अपनी भाषा में या विभिन्न चिन्हों की एक श्रृंखला के रूप में व्यवस्थित करता है और फिर  इस सूचना को आगे भेजता है।
• संचार माध्यम (communication channel): सन्देश भेजने के लिए एक ऐसे  माध्यम की जरूरत पड़ती है, जिसके द्वारा वह अपने सन्देश को आगे भेज सके संचार माध्यम औपचारिक अथवा अनौपचारिक किसी भी प्रकार का हो सकता है । व्यक्तिगत, पारिवारिक तथा सामाजिक स्तर पर अनौपचारिक माध्यम का प्रयोग किया जाता है जबकि स्कूल किसी संगठन में सन्देश भेजने के लिये  औपचारिक माध्यम  का प्रयोग किया जाता है। 
• डिकोडिंग (decoding): सन्देश प्राप्त होने के बाद प्राप्तकर्ता सन्देश को समझता है। यदि सन्देश किसी कूट भाषा या सांकेतिक भाषा में लिखा है, तो वह इस संदेश को समझने के लिए अपने शब्दों में उसे डिकोड करता है, जिससे उसे सन्देश समझने में सहायता मिलती है।
•   प्राप्तकर्ता (receiver): वह व्यक्ति जो संदेश प्राप्त करता है वो प्राप्तकर्ता कहलाता है।

Communication Skill in Hindi में कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स को बेहतर बनाने के लिए नीचे दिए गए पॉइंट्स को का पालन करें, तभी आप अपनी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स सुधार सकते हैं-

• सरल भाषा- प्रेषक द्वारा सन्देश में सरल भाषा का उपयोग करें और तकनीकी और कठिन भाषा के प्रयोग से बचना चाहिए। अपनी बात को सही से पैश करने के लिए सही शब्दो का चयन करना बहुत जरूरी है, सन्देश में ऐसी भाषा प्रयोग होना चाहिए जो सन्देश प्राप्तकर्ता को आसानी से समझ आए। 
• व्यवस्थित सन्देश – सन्देश का समय, विषय, स्थान उद्देश्य, सन्देश प्राप्तकर्ता सभी पहले से व्यवस्थित होने चाहिए।
• पक्षपात से बचें- संदेश प्राप्त करने एवं भेजने वाले दोनों को पूर्वाग्रह से बचना चाहिए। उन्हें संदेश पर खुले और स्पष्ट तरीके से विचार करना चाहिए ।उन्हें खुद के ही विचार को सही नहीं समझना चाहिए।
• बॉडी लैंग्वेज – कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स  में बॉडी लैंग्वेज का बहुत महत्व होता है, बातचीत करते समय अपने बॉडी लैंग्वेज को सही रखना चाहिए। किसी भी व्यक्ति को कन्विंस में बॉडी लैंग्वेज का बड़ा रोल है। अपनी बॉडी लैंग्वेज को सुधर करने के लिए रोज़ अभ्यास करे ,अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स के लिए। 
• अच्छा श्रोता- आपको अच्छा वक्ता होने के साथ-साथ एकअच्छा श्रोता भी होना चाहिए अगर अपनी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स को अच्छा बनाना चाहते हैं, तो सबसे पहले आपको लोगों की बात को ध्यान से सुनना पड़ेगा।
• आई कोन्टक्ट- अपने वार्तालाप को बेहतर बनाने के लिए ऑय कोन्टक्ट होना चाहिए , जिससे सामने वाला व्यक्ति आपकी बातों पर विश्वास कर सकें। अगर आप बात करते समय अपनी नज़रों को चुराते हैं तो कोई भी व्यक्ति आपकी बातों पर विश्वास नहीं करेगा।  
• कॉंफिडेंट और सकारात्मक रहें- जब आप किसी के सामने अपनी बात रखते है तो उसे प्रेजेंट करने में विश्वास बनाकर रखे और अपनी बात कहे। इसके लिए पहले थोड़ा सोचे उसके बाद ही अपनी बात कहे। अगर आप कॉंफिडेंट दिखते है तो आप अपनी बात को सही साबित कर सकते हैं।
• पॉइंट टू पॉइंट बात करें- हम अपनी बातों को तभी समझा पाते है जब हम पॉइंट टू पॉइंट बात करते हैं। बहुत से लोग ऐसा करते है कि किसी बात को एक ही बार में एक साथ बोल देते है जिससे सामने वाले व्यक्ति को कुछ भी समझ में नहीं आता है। इसके लिए अपनी बातों को पॉइंट टू पॉइंट रखे जिससे सुनने वाले को आपकी सभी बाते अच्छे से समझ में आए।
• सही शब्दों का प्रयोग करें- जब आप किसी से बात करते है तो गलत शब्दों का प्रयोग न करें। सही शब्दों का चयन करे, कभी भी काम चलाऊ जैसे शब्दों का प्रयोग न करें। जब आप अच्छे और आकर्षित शब्दों का प्रयोग करते है तो लोग आपसे आकर्षित होते है। और आपकी बात ध्यान से सुनते है तथा आपको एक अच्छा व्यक्ति समझते हैं।
• बात पूरी करें- कभी भी अपनी बातों को अधूरा ना छोड़े बात को पूरा करे और सामने वाले की बात को भी पूरा होने दे। उनकी बातों को भी ना काटें, नहीं तो सामने वाले व्यक्ति को लगेगा की आपको उनकी बातों में रूचि नहीं है। एक टीम या समूह में, दूसरों को बिना किसी रुकावट के बोलने की अनुमति देना एक आवश्यक संचार कौशल के रूप में देखा जाता है।

शारीरिक बाधा :  इसका तात्पर्य संचारक और रिसीवर में शारीरिक अक्षमता से है, जिसके कारण संदेश को सम्प्रेषित करने या ग्रहण करने या अर्थ को समझने में बाधा उत्पन्न होती है। (best communication skills in hindi) संचार प्रक्रिया में संदेश के प्रभाव को कमजोर करने वाली प्रमुख शारीरिक बाधाएं निम्नलिखित हैं-

• उच्चारण क्षमता का कमजोर होना

• भाषा का अल्प ज्ञान होना
• दोषपूर्ण अनुवाद होना
• तकनीकी भाषा का ज्ञान न होना

Creative Writing को हिंदी में रचनात्मक लेखन भी कहा जाता है, लेखन का एक प्रकार है । इसमें मजबूत लिखित दृश्यों के माध्यम से कहानी कहने के लिए कल्पना, रचनात्मकता और नवीनता का उपयोग किया जाता है । कथा, कहानी, गाने, व्यक्तिगत निबंध आदि क्रिएटिव राइटिंग के अंतर्गत ही आते हैं ।

क्रिएटिव राइटिंग content writing से पूरी तरह अलग होता है । जहां क्रिएटिव राइटिंग यानि रचनात्मक लेखन के मुख्य उद्देश्य भावनाओं को व्यक्त करने, विचारों को उत्तेजित करने और मनोरंजन प्रदान करने का होता है तो वहीं कंटेंट राइटिंग का उद्देश्य जानकारी प्रदान करने और संभावित ग्राहक को आकर्षित करने के लिए होता है ।

Types of Creative Writing की बात करें तो इसमें कविताएं, उपन्यास, कहानियां, गाने, व्यक्तिगत निबंध आदि आते हैं । मैं आपको एक एक करके सभी के उदाहरण विस्तार से समझाऊंगा ।

जब रचनात्मक लेखन के बात आती है तो सबसे पहले हमारे दिमाग में कविताएं ही आती हैं । मानव भावनाओं को व्यक्त करने के साथ ही उत्तेजित करने के लिए कविताएं सर्वोत्तम होती हैं । कविताएं कल्पनाशील लेखन का भी सर्वोत्तम उदाहरण हैं । इन्हें लिखते समय कवि/कवियित्री भावनात्मक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं ।

इसके कुछ उदाहरण हैं:

• मधुशाला: हरिवंश राय बच्चन
• कारवां गुजर गया: गोपालदास नीरज
• सरोज स्मृति: सूर्यकांत त्रिपाठी निराला

Creative Writing के अंतर्गत उपन्यास भी आता है जिसमें एक कहानी की कई घटनाएं, पात्र होते हैं । एक उपन्यास में तरह तरह के भाव होते हैं जो पाठकों का मनोरंजन करने और उनके भावों को उत्तेजित करते हैं । गद्य रचनाओं की शुरुआत निबंध से हुई थी, इसके बाद कहानियां और फिर उपन्यास । ये सभी रचनात्मक लेखन के बेहतरीन उदाहरण हैं ।

इसके कुछ उदाहरण:

• गुनाहों का देवता: धर्मवीर भारती
• गोदान: मुंशी प्रेमचंद
• राग दरबारी: श्रीलाल शुक्ल

आधुनिक लघुकथा यानि short story की शुरुआत 19वीं शताब्दी से हुआ । कई विद्वानों का यह मानना है कि टोकरी भर मिट्टी पहली हिंदी लघुकथा थी । जब रचनात्मक लेखन की बात आती है तो लघुकथा का नाम अवश्य आता है । बेहद ही कम शब्दों में बड़ी बातें कह जाने का दम खान लघुकथाओं में होता है ।

लघुकथा के कुछ उदाहरण हैं:

• अंधे की लालटेन / लेव तोल्सतोय
• अघोरी का मोह / जयशंकर प्रसाद
• गलियां / चंद्रधर शर्मा गुलेरी

निबंध कई प्रकार के होते हैं इसलिए आप सभी निबंधों को क्रिएटिव राइटिंग के अंतर्गत वर्गीकृत नहीं कर सकते हैं । लेकिन व्यक्तिगत निबंध, विवरणात्मक निबंध और प्रेरक निबन्ध को आप रचनात्मक लेखन के अंतर्गत रख सकते हैं । हालांकि ज्यादातर निबंध एक पैटर्न का अनुसरण करते हुए लिखे जाते हैं, तथ्यों और साक्ष्यों का तालमेल भी बिठाया जाता है ।

ऐसे निबंध बिल्कुल भी creative writing के अंतर्गत नहीं आयेंगे । इसके कुछ उदाहरण हैं:

• मेरी जीवन यात्रा
• रिश्तों पर मेरी राय
• समन्वय और सामंजस्य का परस्पर संबंध

नाटक देखने और सुनने पर व्यक्ति को रसानुभूति यानि आनंद की प्राप्ति होती है । नाटक में रस और अभिनय के समन्वय से चमत्कार प्रकट किया जाता है जिसे सुनने और देखने, दोनों में आनंद की प्राप्ति होती है । भावनाओं को उत्तेजित करने और विचारों को जन्म देने के लिए नाटक लिखे जाते हैं और फिर उन्हें अभिनय के माध्यम से मूर्तरूप दिया जाता है । इससे जुड़ा आर्टिकल:

1. ज्यादा से ज्यादा पढ़ें

क्रिएटिव राइटिंग के लिए जरूरी है कि आप खूब पढ़ें । आप जिस भी भाषा में रचनात्मक लेखन की शुरुआत करना चाहते हैं, उस भाषा के साहित्य को ज्यादा से ज्यादा पढ़ें । लगभग हर विषय पर आपको कहानियां, कविताएं, उपन्यास, निबंध, नाटक इत्यादि मिल जायेंगे । जब आप ज्यादा से ज्यादा पढ़ेंगे तो आपको यह पता चल पाएगा कि आपकी रुचि किस क्षेत्र में है ।

इसके साथ ही महान कवियों और लेखिकाओं को पढ़कर आपके मन में नए विचार उत्पन्न होंगे, लिखने के तरीके और शिल्प शैली आदि के बारे में पता चलेगा । आप किसी भी बड़े लेखक की आत्मकथा या इंटरव्यू उठा कर देख पढ़ लीजिए, उन्होंने हमेशा ज्यादा से ज्यादा पढ़ने की सलाह दी है । जब तक आप एक अच्छे पाठक नहीं बन जाते, एक अच्छा लेखन बनना नामुमकिन है ।

2. अपने पाठकों को समझें

Creative Writing के लिए जरूरी है कि आप अपने पाठकों को भी समझें । आपके पाठक क्या चाहते हैं और आप क्या लिखने में सर्वश्रेष्ठ हैं, सबसे पहले यह समझना जरुरी है । आप बच्चों के लिए लिखना चाहते हैं या adults के लिए, आप महिलाओं के लिए लिखना चाहते हैं या सिर्फ दलित समाज पर यह सबकुछ आप पर और आपके पाठकों पर निर्भर करता है ।

One size fits all लेखन के क्षेत्र में सही ढंग से नहीं बैठता । शायद कुछेक ऐसी रचनाएं होंगी जिन्हें सब देखना या पढ़ना पसंद करते होंगे ।

3. लिखने का अभ्यास करें

कहते हैं कि करत करत अभ्यास के करत अभ्यास के जङमति होत सुजान यानि कि निरंतर अभ्यास से एक मूर्ख भी विद्वान बन सकता है । किसी भी क्षेत्र में अभ्यास बहुत ही ज्यादा जरूरी होती है । Creative writing के क्षेत्र में आप जितना लिखने का अभ्यास करते जायेंगे, आप उतना ही बेहतर बनते जायेंगे । एक ही बार में बेताज बादशाह बनने की उम्मीद अगर आप लेकर चलते हैं तो आप निराश ही होंगे ।

उपन्यास और कहानी लेखन में संवाद जोड़ना महत्वपूर्ण होता है । किसी भी कहानी या उपन्यास में संवाद लेखन पूरी रचना को रोचक बना देता है । आपको बड़े ही ध्यान से संवादों को जोड़ना चाहिए और संवाद लेखन में कभी भी बहुत ही कठिन शब्दों का प्रयोग करने से बचें । संवाद को रोचक बनाने के लिए आसान शब्दों का उपयोग बहुत जरूरी है ।

चिन्तन (Thinking) – अर्थ एवं परिभाषा, साधन और चिंतन के प्रकार

चिंतन क्या है?

चिन्तन (Thinking) : मानवीय जीवन समस्याओं से भरा हुआ है। हम एक समस्या का हल खोज नहीं पाते, दूसरी सामने उपस्थित हो जाती है। ये समस्याएँ प्रयत्न बिना भी हल हो जाती हैं और कभी-कभी प्रयत्न  चिन्तन को जन्म देता है।

दैनिक जीवन में बड़े एवं बुजर्ग कहते हैं कि ‘ करने से पहले सोचो ‘ या ‘ अनुभव करने से पहले सोचो ‘। इसका मुख्य कारण है कि चिन्तन एवं तर्क समस्या समाधान और उचित निर्णय लेने में सहायता करते हैं।

चिन्तन का अर्थ एवं परिभाषाएँ

चिंतन की विशेषता, चिन्तन के उपकरण या साधन, चिन्तन के प्रकार, मूर्त एवं अमूर्त चिन्तन, अपसारी एवं अभिसारी चिन्तन, meaning and definitions of thinking.

दर्शनशास्त्र ने यह सिद्ध कर दिया है कि विश्व की प्रगति मानव की चिन्तन शक्ति पर निर्भर करती है। चिन्तन के द्वारा वास्तविकता का पता लगाया जाता है और वास्तविकता विज्ञान को जन्म देती है। अत: चिन्तन शब्द का प्रयोग ‘ याद ‘, ‘ कल्पना ‘ और ‘ अनुमान ‘ आदि के रूपों में किया जाता है; जैसे-परीक्षा में सही उत्तर खोजने के लिये चिन्तन, नये मकान को बनवाने का चिन्तन एवं दूर से आने वाले रिश्तेदार, मित्र या कोई नये व्यक्ति से सम्बन्धित चिन्तन।

हम चिन्तन के अर्थ को और अधिक स्पष्ट करने के लिये कुछ विद्वानों के विचारों को प्रस्तुत करते हैं –

1. गिलफोर्ड (guillford) के अनुसार चिन्तन की परिभाषा.

“चिन्तन प्रतीकात्मक व्यवहार है। यह सभी प्रकार की वस्तुओं और विषयों से सम्बन्धित है।”

“Thinking is a symbolic behaviour for all thinking deals with substitutes for things.”

2. वेलेन्टाइन (Velentine) के शब्दों में चिन्तन की परिभाषा

“मनोवैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से ‘चिन्तन’ शब्द का प्रयोग उस क्रिया के लिये किया जाता है जिसमें श्रृंखलाबद्ध विकार किसी लक्ष्य या उद्देश्य की ओर अविराम गति से प्रवाहित होते हैं।”

“In strict psychological discussion it is well to keep the term ‘thinking’ for an activity which consists essentially of a connected flow of ideas which are directed toward some end purpose.”

3. गैरेट (Garret) के अनुसार चिन्तन की परिभाषा

“चिन्तन एक प्रकार का अव्यक्त एवं रहस्यपूर्ण व्यवहार होता है, जिसमें सामान्य रूप से प्रतीकों (बिम्बों, विचारों एवं प्रत्ययों) का प्रयोग होता है।

“Thinking is behaviour which is often implicit and hidden and in which symbols (images, ideas, concepts) are ordinarily employed.” (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

उपर्युक्त विद्वानों द्वारा परिभाषित दृष्टिकोण का यदि हम विश्लेषण करें, तो चिन्तन के अर्थ के सम्बन्ध में निम्न तथ्य एवं विशेषताएँ पाते हैं-

1. संज्ञानात्मक प्रक्रिया (Cognitive process)

चिन्तन एक संज्ञानात्मक प्रक्रिया है। यह स्वत: ही नहीं होती, बल्कि प्रयत्न करना पड़ता है। प्रयत्न में चुनाव, सीखना, वाद-विवाद और प्राप्ति आदि प्रक्रियाओं के द्वारा ही चिन्तन सम्भव हो पाता है।

2. उद्देश्यपूर्णता (Objectfulness)

चिन्तन की क्रिया उद्देश्यपूर्णता की ओर अग्रसर रहती है। इसमें दिवास्वप्न या कल्पना आदि उद्देश्यहीन क्रियाओं का कोई भी स्थान नहीं रहता।

3. समस्या समाधान (Problem-solving)

चिन्तन के द्वारा समस्या समाधान होता है। व्यक्ति का व्यवहार जब उसे सन्तोष या सुख नहीं देता है तो समस्या उत्पन्न होती है। ये समस्याएँ ही चिन्तन को जन्म देती हैं।

4. प्रतीकात्मक क्रिया (Symbolic activities)

चिन्तन मुख्य रूप से प्रतीकों पर आधारित मानसिक क्रिया है। ब्रूनर और गैरेट का मत है कि चिन्तन में ठोस वस्तुओं की बजाय प्रतीकों का प्रयोग होता है; जैसे-मकान निर्माण में प्रतीकात्मक चिन्तन प्रक्रिया का प्रयोग किया जाता है, न कि ‘प्रयत्न एवं भूल’ का।

अत: निष्कर्ष के तौर पर हम कह सकते हैं कि “ चिन्तन मानसिक रूप से विचार करने की ज्ञानात्मक प्रक्रिया है,जो विभिन्न प्रतीकों के सहारे चलती है और समस्या समाधान में सक्रिय सहयोग देती है। “

Sources or Instruments of thinking

विभिन्न विद्वानों ने अपने अध्ययनों के आधार पर चिन्तन प्रक्रिया के आधार स्तम्भ, उपकरण या साधनों को निम्न भागों में प्रस्तुत किया है

1. प्रतिमाएँ (Images)

मानव अनुभव प्रतिमाओं के आधार पर व्यक्त होता है। हम जो कुछ देखते हैं, करते हैं एवं सुनते हैं सभी का आधार मन में विकसित प्रतिमा होती है। इसलिये इनको स्मृति, प्रतिमा, दृश्य प्रतिमा, श्रव्य प्रतिमा या कल्पना प्रतिमा आदि का नाम देते हैं। ये प्रतिमाएँ वस्तु, व्यक्ति एवं विचार से निर्मित होती हैं। चिन्तन में इन्हीं को आधार बनाया जाता है।

2. प्रत्यय (Concept)

‘प्रत्यय’ सामान्य वर्ग के लिये सामान्य विचार होता है, जो सामान्य वर्ग की सभी वस्तुओं या क्रियाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। चिन्तन का महत्वपूर्ण साधन प्रत्यय भी माना जाता है। इनके द्वारा हमें सम्पूर्ण ज्ञान का बोध होता है। जैसे- हाथी शब्द को सुनकर हमारे मस्तिष्क में हाथी से सम्बन्धित संचित प्रत्यय जाग जाता है और ‘सम्पूर्ण ज्ञान’ का आभास होने लगता है। अत: प्रत्यय के माध्यम से चिन्तन प्रक्रिया सशक्त होती है।

3. प्रतीक एवं चिह्न (Symbols and signs)

प्रतीक एवं चिह्न मूक रहते हुए भी अपना अर्थ स्पष्ट या व्यक्त करने में समर्थ होते हैं। सड़क पर बने हुए प्रतीक या चिह्न सही गति एवं सुरक्षा को स्पष्ट करते हैं। इससे समय एवं शक्ति की बचत होती है। बालक विद्यालय के घण्टे और घण्टा में अन्तर कर लेते हैं क्योंकि उसे सुनकर उनकी चिन्तन शक्ति अर्थ लगाती है। इसी प्रकार से गणित में + या x का चिह्न अर्थ स्पष्ट करता है कि हमें क्या करना है?

बोरिंग,लैगफील्ड एवं वैल्ड ने लिखा है- “ प्रतीक एवं चिह्न मोहरें एवं गोटियाँ हैं, जिनके द्वारा चिन्तन का महान खेल खेला जाता है। इनके बिना यह खेल महत्त्वपूर्ण एवं सफल नहीं हो सकता। “

Symbols and signs are thus seen to be power and pieces with which the great game of thinking is played. It could not be such a remarkable and successful game without than.

4. भाषा (Language)

भाषा का प्रयोग सामान्यतः होता रहता है। विद्वानों ने भाषा के पीछे चिन्तन शक्ति को बतलाया है। सामाजिक विकास में भाषा संकेतों एवं इशारों से भी प्रकट होती है; जैसे-मुस्कराना, भौहें चढ़ाना, गर्दन हिलाना, अँगूठा दिखा आदि । इन सभी का दैनिक जीवन में प्रयोग किया जाना और बिना बोले अर्थ को लगाना या समझना प्रचलित है। इन सभी के पीछे चिन्तन शक्ति का चलते रहना है, जो अर्थों को स्पष्ट करती है।

5. सूत्र (Formula)

हमारी प्राचीन परम्परा रही है कि हम ज्ञान को छोटे-छोटे सूत्रों में एकत्रित करके संचित करते हैं। इनमें गणित, विज्ञान के सूत्र आते हैं। भारतीय ज्ञान ‘ संस्कृत के श्लाकों ‘ में संचित है, जिसकी व्याख्या से अपार ज्ञान प्रकट होता है। सूत्र को देखकर हमारी चिन्तन शक्ति उसमें निहित सम्पूर्ण ज्ञान को प्रकट करती है।

Types of Thinking

चिन्तन के स्वभाव का अध्ययन करने के पश्चात् चिन्तन के प्रकारों का वर्णन करना आवश्यक होता है। प्रायः चिन्तन को चार रूपों में विभाजित किया जाता है, जो इस प्रकार से हैं-

1. प्रत्यक्षात्मक चिन्तन (Perceptual thinking)

बार-बार के अनुभवों से एकत्रित ज्ञान की स्थायित्वता जाग्रत होकर प्रेरित करती है। जब हम किसी व्यक्ति को बार-बार अपने घर आते देखते हैं, तो उसके व्यवहार का मूल्यांकन हमारे चिन्तन के द्वारा स्वत: हो जाता है, क्योंकि बार-बार के आने से जो अनुभव एकत्रित किये गये, वे सभी उसके व्यवहार को स्पष्ट करते हैं। अत: उस व्यक्ति को देखकर उसके व्यवहार का जाग्रत हो जाना ही प्रत्यक्षात्मक चिन्तन होता है।

2. प्रत्यात्मक (अवधारणात्मक) चिन्तन (Conceptual thinking)

मानव मस्तिष्क ज्ञान या परिचय के फलस्वरूप मस्तिष्क में प्रत्यय स्थापित करता है। यही प्रत्यय पुनः जाग्रत होकर वस्तु को पुनः स्मरण कराने में सहायक होते हैं। इसमें विषय का पूर्ण ज्ञान सन्निहित रहता है। जैसे- छात्र अध्यापक को देखकर कहते हैं, ‘सर’ आ गये यानी अध्यापक शब्द पूर्णता का बोध कराता है और छात्र उसका पूर्ण ज्ञान भी रखते हैं। अत: भाषा एवं नाम का प्रयोग प्रत्यात्मक चिन्तन की विशेषता होती है।

3. विचारात्मक चिन्तन (Reflective thinking)

महान् शिक्षाशास्त्री ड्यूवी ने विचारात्मक चिन्तन को ही चिन्तन माना है। हम चिन्तन के द्वारा किसी लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति या समस्या का समाधान खोज पाते हैं। इसमें विचारों एवं तर्कों को एक क्रम में स्थापित करने निष्कर्ष निकाले जाते हैं, जो व्यावहारिक एवं सामाजिक होते हैं।

4. सृजनात्मक चिन्तन (Creative thinking)

जब किसी विचार क्रिया के माध्यम से नवीन वस्तु या ज्ञान की खोज की जाती है, तो सृजनात्मक चिन्तन होता है। इसमें वस्तुओं, घटनाओं एवं स्थितियों की प्रकृति की व्याख्या करने के लिये कार्य-कारण के बीच नवीन सम्बन्ध स्थापित करने होते हैं। इसमें व्यक्ति स्वयं समस्या खोजता है और उसके हल को ज्ञात करता है। वर्तमान उन्नति इसी का परिणाम है।

Concrete and Abstruct Thinking

सामान्य रूप से चिन्तन की ये दोनों प्रक्रियाएँ एक-दूसरे से पृथक् पृथक् हैं परन्तु अनेक अर्थों में इनका वर्णन एक साथ किया जाता है क्योंकि जब हम किसी मूर्त वस्तु को देखते हैं तभी उसके बारे में अमूर्त चिन्तन करते हैं।

जैसे – हम एक महिला को बुर्का पहले देखते हैं। यह मानते हैं कि एक महिला हमारे सामने बुर्के से मुंह ढककर जा रही है। इसके बाद आगे के चिन्तन की प्रक्रिया अमूर्त चिन्तन से सम्बन्धित हो जाती है। जब हम यह जानने का प्रयास करते हैं कि यह महिला बुर्के से अपना मुँह क्यों ढक रही है? इस परम्परा के मूल में कौन-से कारण हैं। यह परम्परा कब से भारतीय समाज में प्रारम्भ है। वर्तमान समय में इसकी क्या प्रासंगिकता है? इन चारों प्रश्नों के उत्तर प्राप्त करना अमूर्त चिन्तन की प्रक्रिया के अन्तर्गत आता है।

अमूर्त चिन्तन के द्वारा हम जान लेते हैं कि बुर्के में मुँह ढककर महिला अपने सौन्दर्य को छिपाती है जिससे उनको व्यक्ति बुरी दृष्टि से न देखें तथा उनके अपहरण की सम्भावना न हो। यह प्रथा मुस्लिम राजतन्त्र के समय से चली आ रही है।

इस प्रकार यह स्पष्ट होता है कि मूर्त चिन्तन ही अमूर्त चिन्तन का आधार बनता है क्योंकि जब तक हम किसी घटना या वस्तु का अवलोकन नहीं करते तब तक उसके बारे में विचार नहीं करते।

मूर्त एवं अमूर्त चिन्तन में अंतर एवं इनके मध्य विशेषता

मूर्त एवं अमूर्त चिन्तन के मध्य विशेषताओं एवं अन्तर को निम्न रूप में स्पष्ट किया जा सकता है जो कि इन दोनों के स्वरूप एवं प्रक्रिया को स्पष्ट करता है-

Divergent and Convergent Thinking

चिन्तन की प्रक्रिया में अपसारी एवं अभिसारी चिन्तन की प्रक्रिया भी सम्पन्न होती है। इन दोनों प्रकार के चिन्तनों का अध्ययन एक साथ करना इनके अप्रत्यक्ष सम्बन्ध को प्रकट करता है। दोनों प्रकार के चिन्तनों में पर्याप्त अन्तर भी देखा जाता है। इस प्रकार के चिन्तनों का वर्णन निम्न रूप में किया जा सकता है-

1. अपसारी चिन्तन (Divergent thinking)

अपसारी चिन्तन के अन्तर्गत व्यक्ति एक ही व्यवस्था का भित्र-भिन्न रूपों में चिन्तन करता है। दूसरे शब्दों में, इस चिन्तन के माध्यम से व्यक्ति एक ही समस्या का समाधान भिन्न-भिन्न विधियों से करने पर विचार करता है। इसमें एक प्रकार की मस्तिष्क उद्वेलन की प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न होती जिसके आधार में एक विषय पर अनेक विचार उत्पन्न किये जा सकते हैं।

जैसे-ईश्वर की प्राप्ति के विषय में यदि अपसारी चिन्तन किया जाय तो अनेक विचार हमारे समक्ष उपस्थित हो सकेंगे जैसे ईश्वर को दान से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है, ईश्वर को कर्म के माध्यम से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है तथा ईश्वर को भक्ति के माध्यम से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है आदि।

इसी प्रकार के अनेक विषयों पर विविधता युक्त चिन्तन या चुनौतियों का विभिन्न प्रकार से समाधान अपसारी चिन्तन प्रक्रिया के अन्तर्गत आता है।

2. अभिसारी चिन्तन (Convergent thinking)

इस प्रकार के चिन्तन को प्रक्रिया में किसी भी विषय पर एकांगी चिन्तन किया जाता है जो कि उसके लिये आवश्यक होता है। इस प्रकार के चिन्तन में व्यक्ति किसी समस्या का समाधान श्रेष्ठ विचार या तरीके से करता है।

जैसे- ईश्वर प्राप्ति के विषय में विचार करने के लिये व्यक्ति के सामने अनेक विकल्प होते हैं परन्तु वह यह मानता है कि भक्ति सर्वश्रेष्ठ विकल्प है जिससे ईश्वर की प्राप्ति होती है। इस प्रकार वह अन्य विकल्पों को इसलिये छोड़ देता है कि सभी विचार ईश्वर की प्राप्ति में सहायक हैं। इसलिये वह सर्वश्रेष्ठ उपाय भक्ति को अपने चिन्तन का आधार बनाता है।

इस प्रकार अभिसारी चिन्तन में किसी समस्या का समाधान किसी एक विचार, एक विधि या एक उपाय द्वारा सम्पन्न किया जाता है।

Google the term “critical thinking.” How many hits are there? On the day this tutorial was completed, Google found about 65,100,000 results in 0.56 seconds. That’s an impressive number, and it grows more impressively large every day. That’s because the nation’s educators, business leaders, and political representatives worry about the level of critical thinking skills among today’s students and workers.

What is Critical Thinking?

Simply put, critical thinking is sound thinking. Critical thinkers work to delve beneath the surface of sweeping generalizations, biases, clichés, and other quick observations that characterize ineffective thinking. They are willing to consider points of view different from their own, seek and study evidence and examples, root out sloppy and illogical argument, discern fact from opinion, embrace reason over emotion or preference, and change their minds when confronted with compelling reasons to do so. In sum, critical thinkers are flexible thinkers equipped to become active and effective spouses, parents, friends, consumers, employees, citizens, and leaders. Every area of life, in other words, can be positively affected by strong critical thinking.

Released in January 2011, an important study of college students over four years concluded that by graduation “large numbers [of American undergraduates] didn’t learn the critical thinking, complex reasoning and written communication skills that are widely assumed to be at the core of a college education” (Rimer, 2011, para. 1). The University designs curriculum, creates support programs, and hires faculty to help ensure you won’t be one of the students “[showing]no significant gains in . . . ‘higher order’ thinking skills” (Rimer, 2011, para. 4). One way the University works to help you build those skills is through writing projects.

Writing and Critical Thinking

Say the word “writing” and most people think of a completed publication. But say the word “writing” to writers, and they will likely think of the process of composing. Most writers would agree with novelist E. M. Forster, who wrote, “How can I know what I think until I see what I say?” (Forster, 1927, p. 99). Experienced writers know that the act of writing stimulates thinking.

Inexperienced and experienced writers have very different understandings of composition. Novice writers often make the mistake of believing they have to know what they’re going to write before they can begin writing. They often compose a thesis statement before asking questions or conducting research. In the course of their reading, they might even disregard material that counters their pre-formed ideas. This is not writing; it is recording.

In contrast, experienced writers begin with questions and work to discover many different answers before settling on those that are most convincing. They know that the act of putting words on paper or a computer screen helps them invent thought and content. Rather than trying to express what they already think, they express what the act of writing leads them to think as they put down words. More often than not, in other words, experienced writers write their way into ideas, which they then develop, revise, and refine as they go.

What has this notion of writing to do with critical thinking? Everything.

Consider the steps of the writing process: prewriting, outlining, drafting, revising, editing, seeking feedback, and publishing. These steps are not followed in a determined or strict order; instead, the effective writer knows that as they write, it may be necessary to return to an earlier step. In other words, in the process of revision, a writer may realize that the order of ideas is unclear. A new outline may help that writer re-order details. As they write, the writer considers and reconsiders the effectiveness of the work.

The writing process, then, is not just a mirror image of the thinking process: it is the thinking process. Confronted with a topic, an effective critical thinker/writer

• asks questions
• seeks answers
• evaluates evidence
• questions assumptions
• tests hypotheses
• makes inferences
• employs logic
• draws conclusions
• predicts readers’ responses
• creates order
• drafts content
• seeks others’ responses
• weighs feedback
• criticizes their own work
• revises content and structure
• seeks clarity and coherence

Example of Composition as Critical Thinking

“Good writing is fueled by unanswerable questions” (Lane, 1993, p. 15).

Imagine that you have been asked to write about a hero or heroine from history. You must explain what challenges that individual faced and how they conquered them. Now imagine that you decide to write about Rosa Parks and her role in the modern Civil Rights movement. Take a moment and survey what you already know. She refused to get up out of her seat on a bus so a White man could sit in it. She was arrested. As a result, Blacks in Montgomery protested, influencing the Montgomery Bus Boycott. Martin Luther King, Jr. took up leadership of the cause, and ultimately a movement was born.

Is that really all there is to Rosa Parks’s story? What questions might a thoughtful writer ask? Here a few:

• Why did Rosa Parks refuse to get up on that particular day?
• Was hers a spontaneous or planned act of defiance?
• Did she work? Where? Doing what?
• Had any other Black person refused to get up for a White person?
• What happened to that individual or those individuals?
• Why hadn’t that person or those persons received the publicity Parks did?
• Was Parks active in Civil Rights before that day?
• How did she learn about civil disobedience?

Even just these few questions could lead to potentially rich information.

Factual information would not be enough, however, to satisfy an assignment that asks for an interpretation of that information. The writer’s job for the assignment is to convince the reader that Parks was a heroine; in this way the writer must make an argument and support it. The writer must establish standards of heroic behavior. More questions arise:

• What is heroic action?
• What are the characteristics of someone who is heroic?
• What do heroes value and believe?
• What are the consequences of a hero’s actions?
• Why do they matter?

Now the writer has even more research and more thinking to do.

By the time they have raised questions and answered them, raised more questions and answered them, and so on, they are ready to begin writing. But even then, new ideas will arise in the course of planning and drafting, inevitably leading the writer to more research and thought, to more composition and refinement.

Ultimately, every step of the way over the course of composing a project, the writer is engaged in critical thinking because the effective writer examines the work as they develop it.

Why Writing to Think Matters

Writing practice builds critical thinking, which empowers people to “take charge of [their] own minds” so they “can take charge of [their] own lives . . . and improve them, bringing them under [their] self command and direction” (Foundation for Critical Thinking, 2020, para. 12). Writing is a way of coming to know and understand the self and the changing world, enabling individuals to make decisions that benefit themselves, others, and society at large. Your knowledge alone – of law, medicine, business, or education, for example – will not be enough to meet future challenges. You will be tested by new unexpected circumstances, and when they arise, the open-mindedness, flexibility, reasoning, discipline, and discernment you have learned through writing practice will help you meet those challenges successfully.

क्रिएटिविटी क्या है?

Creativity किसी कार्य या समस्या के बारे में नए या अलग तरीके से सोचने की क्षमता या नए विचारों को उत्पन्न करने के लिए कल्पना का उपयोग करने की क्षमता है। Creativity आपको जटिल समस्याओं को हल करने या कार्यों को करने के दिलचस्प तरीके खोजने में सक्षम बनाती है यदि आप क्रिएटिव हैं तो चीजों को अनोखे नजरिए से देखते हैं  क्रिएटिव व्यक्ति बहुत आसानी से कठिन समस्याओं का हल ढूंढ लेता है और अपने लिए आसानी से ही अवसर पैदा कर लेता है। Creativity अपनाने से कुछ समस्याएं पैदा हो सकती हैं लेकिन आप सेल्फ मोटिवेटेड होकर क्रिएटिविटी से दुनिया में कुछ अलग कर सकते हैं जो आप से पहले किसी ने ना किया हो।

Experiment:- क्रिएटिविटी स्किल को बाहर लाने के लिए experiment(प्रयोग) करने में मदद मिल सकती है कोई idea  कितना भी कठिन क्यों ना हो एक क्रिएटिव व्यक्ति  इसका परीक्षण करके यह देखने के लिए तैयार रहता है कि यह आइडिया कैसे काम करता है वह अपनी असफलताओं को भी सीखने और उसे सुधारने के रूप में देखते हैं इस कौशल को विकसित करने के लिए, किसी समस्या पर काम करते रहें, अपने विचारों को तब तक समायोजित और पुनर्विचार करते रहें जब तक कि आपको समाधान न मिल जाए। 

Making connections:- जब आप creative होते हैं, तो आप विभिन्न विचारों के बीच connections(संबंध) पाते हैं और समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए उन कनेक्शनों का उपयोग करते हैं। अक्सर ये कनेक्शन तब होते हैं जब आप समस्या या कार्य के बारे में सक्रिय रूप से नहीं सोच रहे होते हैं। आप जो कुछ पढ़ते हैं या कुछ कहते हैं वह समस्या से जुड़ता है और आप इसे एक नए तरीके से देखते हैं। एक अलग वातावरण में होने या पहली बार कुछ अनुभव करने से भी ऐसे कनेक्शन बन सकते हैं जो आपको कार्यों को अलग तरह से देखने में मदद करते हैं।

circle challenge(ग्रुप चुनौती):- बीस Circle बनाएं और फिर तीस सेकंड के लिए स्टॉपवॉच सेट करें। टाइमर समाप्त होने से पहले प्रत्येक सर्कल को एक अनूठी तस्वीर में बनाएं। यह अभ्यास आपको एक ही चीज़ के बारे में अलग-अलग तरीकों से सोचने के लिए मजबूर करता है। समय के साथ आपके विचार कैसे बदलते हैं यह देखने के लिए इसे समय-समय पर दोहराएं।

 Writing (लिखना ):-प्रत्येक दिन के अंत में अपने विचारों को एक डायरी में दर्ज करने का प्रयास करें। लिखना  आपको अपने दैनिक अनुभवों और विचारों के बारे में गंभीर रूप से सोचने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करता है। आलोचनात्मक और विश्लेषणात्मक सोच को लागू करने के तरीके खोजना आपकी मानसिक क्षमताओं का प्रयोग करने का एक शानदार तरीका है।

Use a sketchpad(स्केचपैड का प्रयोग करें):-अ पने विचारों को चित्रित करना भी कहीं ना कहीं आपकी क्रिएटिविटी को बढ़ाने में मदद करता है चित्रित करने पर बातों को याद रखने में  मदद मिलती है और आप ज्यादा अच्छा सोच सकते हैं ।  Exercise(व्यायाम) :-अपने शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल करने से आपको creative thinking का अभ्यास करने और लागू करने के लिए एक संतुलित स्थिति में लाने में मदद मिल सकती है। नियमित व्यायाम , यदि सप्ताह में दो से तीन बार 20-30 मिनट के लिए भी किया जाए ,तो आपको अपने काम में  सर्वश्रेष्ठ बनने में   मदद मिलेगी ।

Why is critical thinking important?

Critical thinking is useful in many areas of your life, including your career. It makes you a well-rounded individual, one who has looked at all of their options and possible solutions before making a choice.

Critical thinking skills are used every day in a myriad of ways and can be applied to situations such as a CEO approaching a group project or a nurse deciding in which order to treat their patients.

Examples of common critical thinking skills

Critical thinking skills differ from individual to individual and are utilized in various ways. Examples of common critical thinking skills include:

Identification of biases: Identifying biases means knowing there are certain people or things that may have an unfair prejudice or influence on the situation at hand. Pointing out these biases helps to remove them from contention when it comes to solving the problem and allows you to see things from a different perspective.

Research: Researching details and facts allows you to be prepared when presenting your information to people. You’ll know exactly what you’re talking about due to the time you’ve spent with the subject material, and you’ll be well-spoken and know what questions to ask to gain more knowledge. When researching, always use credible sources and factual information.

Open-mindedness: Being open-minded when having a conversation or participating in a group activity is crucial to success. Dismissing someone else’s ideas before you’ve heard them will inhibit you from progressing to a solution, and will often create animosity. If you truly want to solve a problem, you need to be willing to hear everyone’s opinions and ideas if you want them to hear yours.

Analysis: Analyzing your research will lead to you having a better understanding of the things you’ve heard and read. As a true critical thinker, you’ll want to seek out the truth and get to the source of issues. It’s important to avoid taking things at face value and always dig deeper.

Problem-solving: Problem-solving is perhaps the most important skill that critical thinkers can possess. The ability to solve issues and bounce back from conflict is what helps you succeed, be a leader, and effect change. One way to properly solve problems is to first recognize there’s a problem that needs solving. By determining the issue at hand, you can then analyze it and come up with several potential solutions.

How to develop critical thinking skills

You can develop critical thinking skills every day if you approach problems in a logical manner. Here are a few ways you can start your path to improvement:

1. Ask questions.

Be inquisitive about everything. Maintain a neutral perspective and develop a natural curiosity, so you can ask questions that develop your understanding of the situation or task at hand. The more details, facts, and information you have, the better informed you are to make decisions.

2. Practice active listening.

Utilize active listening techniques, which are founded in empathy, to really listen to what the other person is saying. Critical thinking, in part, is the cognitive process of reading the situation: the words coming out of their mouth, their body language, their reactions to your own words. Then, you might paraphrase to clarify what they're saying, so both of you agree you're on the same page.

3. Develop your logic and reasoning.

This is perhaps a more abstract task that requires practice and long-term development. However, think of a schoolteacher assessing the classroom to determine how to energize the lesson. There's options such as playing a game, watching a video, or challenging the students with a reward system. Using logic, you might decide that the reward system will take up too much time and is not an immediate fix. A video is not exactly relevant at this time. So, the teacher decides to play a simple word association game.

Scenarios like this happen every day, so next time, you can be more aware of what will work and what won't. Over time, developing your logic and reasoning will strengthen your critical thinking skills.
